To my customers, colleagues, and students:
As many of you know, I decided at long last to start law school in 2021. With this new endeavor came many new changes in my life. One of those changes has been a reduction of my business hours to accommodate my commute to Baton Rouge every afternoon.
I thank you tremendously for understanding these limitations.
Things continue to change, and I once again ask for your understanding moving forward.
In furtherance of my endeavor to complete my law degree and transition from notary to attorney, I have accepted a full-time position as a paralegal at a prestigious law firm in Baton Rouge.
This means that my local notary practice is ON HOLD for an indefinite period of time.
HOWEVER, my attorney business partner in my title company, Christina Baldwin, remains available to you as a notary public, attorney, and title agent. Please contact her at Covington Title, LLC (985-871-7927) for all of your legal, title, and notarial needs.
If you need to speak to me directly, however, please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. I will return your message as soon as I can. Please keep in mind there will be a slight delay in my response.
I thank you for your trust in me and your support of my notary practice over the last decade – it has been invaluable to me, and I would not be in the position I am now without that support.
I look forward to serving you as an attorney in 2025! Until then, let us consider the wise words of George Eliot: “It is never too late to be what you might have been.”
