Louisiana Notaries are authorized to prepare many documents that are reserved for attorneys in other states. Notaries are a cost-effective alternative for your document needs.
We also provide title abstracting and research services at reasonable rates.
In Louisiana, a notary public is granted a broad range of powers usually reserved for attorneys in other states. The high standard for testing notaries in Louisiana prepares them for these important tasks. A Civil Law Notary Public is authorized to independently draft and notarize many different acts, including but not limited to Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Real Estate Transfers, Small Successions, Matrimonial Agreements, and Contracts of all kinds.
Samantha L. Bloemer was commissioned as a statewide notary in 2013. She has been employed in the legal field since 2010.
